Past events
No two events are the same, and none of them are the mundane way most men meet aligned, like-minded people: hiking mountains, gun ranges, sparring sessions, cigar lounges, rooftop bars, dinners, yacht days, football, and rooms most men never get invited into.
A videographer is on hand at every event, so members walk away with content for their own personal brands, not just experiences. Between sessions, the group runs deep dives on what's actually holding each other back - most of the collaborations that come out of IO started as a conversation at one of these. You'd never be able to tell who's at their first event. That's the standard the room holds itself to.
Southampton - August 2026
Every two weeks, we host a fight club in Southampton. Members are pushed to show up even when it's uncomfortable - some stepping into the ring for the first time. The kind of pressure that forces growth and deepens connections.
London - July 2026
A full weekend in the capital: football on a rooftop pitch, a private yacht hired for the weekend, a cigar night, and dinner on an open-air rooftop terrace to close it out.
Bangkok - April 2026
